Cake designs are subjected to slight variations and availability of decorative accessories.
Cake colour and decorations may be subjected to slight variations from actual product due to possible discrepancies in photo to screen resolution.
Fresh fruits are seasonal and sweetness cannot be assured.
We reserve the rights to substitute, change, accept or reject any orders or cake designs.
We can either design something new or you can chooses a design from our portfolio. If you choose a design from our portfolio we can, if you desire, change colours and flowers to compliment any theme that you may be having at your celebration.
If you supply us with a photo of a cake that you would like us to make, please keep in mind that although we try to decorate it as close as possible to the original design, the cake will not look exactly like the cake in the photo. We are restricted to colours available and non edible decorations like brooches & ribbon. We try to source the best and closest possible products but it is not always possible. Every cake decorator and designer has their own style of decorating as well.
Change of address will not be done if the order is set for delivery.
If the concerned person is not available for accepting the order, then the order will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
There is no guarantee of time delivery in case of midnight delivery on special occasions like New Year, Christmas, Valentine Day etc but we try hard to fulfill the order on time.
Cancellation / Change of Date
As all our cakes and pastry are specially prepared for your order, our bakers take great effort to prepare the ingredients and artwork. As such, we do not encourage any last minute cancellation. However, cancellation of order is permitted under the following conditions:
7 days before Date of Collection/Delivery: 90% Refund OR Postpone Order
6 days – 4 days before Date of Collection/Delivery: 50% Refund Or Postpone Order
3 days before Date of Collection/Delivery: No Refund and No Postpone Order
Kindly contact our customer service at 9662 0303 to process your cancellation. Please note that refund of payment may take up to 2-4 weeks for us to process. Postpone of order must not be later than 2 months from date of purchase.
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon macaronpatisserie ‘sshipment. Thereafter macaronpatisserie will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product. macaronpatisserie will self-deliver orders on date chosen by order placer. There will be no guarantee on time of delivery, but sometimes due to external factors like traffic, strikes etc., your order might take a few more minutes though we will try our level best to deliver on the exact time as requested by user/customer of Site.
For day time delivery, delivery time ranges from 11 AM to 9 PM
For midnight orders, delivery could be made anytime between 11:00 PM to 11:59 PM
No refund will be made in case orders fails to be delivered within provided time window.
Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm availability of recipient before choosing delivery time. If recipient is not available at the time of delivery, second attempt will not be made and order will be cancelled. No refund will be made in such case.
For rescheduling order, you need to inform us at-least 24 hours before delivery time.
If recipient receives the cake in damaged condition
Recipient should check the cake before signing the receipt.
If found damaged, recipient should refuse to accept the cake.
Delivery person will return with a replacement. Kindly allow a minimum of 2 hours for the replacement.
If pincode not accepted by macaronpatisserie
The given Pincode is either wrong or not serviceable for delivery.
Please ensure that the correct Pincode is always entered for recipient’s address.
Error in this may lead to cancellation of order without any refund.
